Iseo is a town on the southern shore of Lake Iseo, in Italy’s Lombardy region. In the medieval town center, cobbled Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi is lined with colonnaded buildings, including the 19th-century town hall. Also on the square are a statue of Garibaldi and the Casa dei Palatini, its exterior decorated with frescoes of knights. A former prison, the 13th-century Arsenale now houses a cultural center.
