Orvinio is a comune in the Province of Rieti in the Italian region of Latium, located about 45 kilometres northeast of Rome and about 30 kilometres south of Rieti. It is one of I Borghi più belli d'Italia. The ancient city of Orvinium was destroyed before the year 1000.
