Pajtuński Młyn is a settlement in the administrative district of Gmina Purda, within Olsztyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 3 kilometres north-west of Purda and 14 km south-east of the regional capital Olsztyn. It is located within the historic region of Warmia.
