Stary Dzików is a village in Lubaczów County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina called Gmina Stary Dzików. It lies approximately 17 kilometres north-west of Lubaczów and 71 km east of the regional capital Rzeszów.
