Twardogóra is a historic town in Oleśnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is the seat of the administrative district called Gmina Twardogóra. It lies approximately 20 kilometres north of Oleśnica, and 40 kilometres north-east of the regional capital Wrocław.
