Plot summary
It's the farewell party for UK bank branch manager Bourne, who is retiring. Shortly before the party begins, the pretty secretary Julia finds out that she is pregnant from Paul, the womanizer from the company. Before she can inform Paul herself, Julia tells her best friend Kitty about it, obliging her to keep quiet. But Kitty blurted it out during the party, so that eventually Paul found out about it through third parties. In the dispute that follows, all the employees get involved.
