Plot summary
A documentary project about some of the oldest citizens in Sweden. At a health center in Sickla a doctor wants to start a very exclusive fitness group. In order to participate, you have to have lived a whole life and still feel the urge to keep moving and stay fit. Gym group 90+ is formed and the average age is 93 years. A life-affirming documentary with hilarious gallows humour and lots of great scenes.
