Everybody already knows them in a certain way, because those images, those cities, were fictionally recreated by the author in his poems. Through many different interviews, comments and readings, this documentary gives the opportunity to learn more about the importance of Alessandro Manzoni in the history of Italian literature as well as in the Italian language.
