Dr. Orgasm and his fellow aliens from the Planet Jackamoloff crash land on earth. The aliens need to replenish their human sexual energy fuel source in order to return home, so they set-up shop in a dank basement in NYC's Lower Eastside. They operate a sex phone hot line and proceed to siphon their victims' life force as they orgasm through the phone lines. Swinging couple George and Babs contact the police in an effort to help their neighbor Rhonda, who is an almost victim left in a state of perpetual masturbation. Enter Detective Katie Reilly, trailing the trio of George, Babs and Rhonda, who solve the case by following a trail of green goo straight to Dr. Orgasm's lair.
