Prakash is a professional photographer runs his own advertising agency he lands in trouble when one of his model Sheela accuses him of molestation and her boy friend Sambaji wants to extort money from him.Prakash takes help of his friend Bhalu who tells him to tell Sheela that he is ready to marry her after six months when he divorces hi wife Deepa.Sheela decides to come to his house and Bhalu fakes accident of Deepa's brother Mohan and asks her to go to Indore.While Deepa is leaving for Indore Mohan arrives and Bhalu hides him in a room more contusion arrives when Shama comes to meet Prakash and Bhalu mistakes her as Sheela.While Prakash has told Sheela that Deepa is suffering from mental illness while Sheela and Shama mistaken each other as Deepa and feel either is insane.More confusion arrives when Inspector Maya and detective Martahndrao arrive in the house while Bhalu tries to trick everyone.
