Plot summary
Nanoka Flanka, an incredibly talented girl, is working hard to restore Tristia, a marine city once destroyed by dragon. The story takes start at the arrival of her long-standing-rival, Panavia Tornado, who wants to win over Nanoca in the "Golem tournament".
