Plot summary
Disguised as door-to-door salesmen (hawkers), arsonists talk their way into people's homes. They settle down in the attic, where they set about planning the destruction of the house. TV adaptation of Frisch's 1953 dark comedy and allegory of how authoritarian regimes take over the minds of people.
