Plot summary
New tenants are gradually moving into the new prefabricated house, which is still being finished by a bunch of masons, and the house is also undergoing a house-approval committee. The commission finds many deficiencies in the house, many things are not working, and in the end all the tenants leave. The musical program is made up of snippets of period popular hits, brass songs and ditties, which are used to move the simple plot along.
