Once the State of California acquired the Blaylock residence under eminent domain, Dr. Johnson discovered the change in title status and pursued his requests for an investigation with Cal-Trans authorities. After being repeatedly denied access, Johnson's team was finally given permission to enter the house under the supervision of C.
