Like so many young people in Spain, Manuel comes to Madrid from his village with the illusion of being a bullfighter. Upon arrival he meets Juan, a flamenco singer older than him and penniless who, together with his friend Lola, will help the boy to get the opportunity to participate in a bullfight on the estate of a famous businessman.
