The investigation digs into how animals are procured, treated and managed by one particular USDA Class B Dealer, Mr. C.C. Baird of Martin Creek Kennels in Sharp County, Arkansas. Undercover investigator 'Pete'- an intelligence operative of Privatus.org - working on behalf of Last Chance For Animals (LCA), infiltrates the kennels in hopes of documenting the origins of stolen pets and other abuses and atrocities.
