Bonn is a city in western Germany straddling the Rhine river. It’s known for the central Beethoven House, a memorial and museum honoring the composer’s birthplace. Nearby are Bonn Minster, a church with a Romanesque cloister and Gothic elements, the pink-and-gold Altes Rathaus, or old city hall, and Poppelsdorf Palace housing a mineralogical museum. To the south is Haus der Geschichte with post-WWII history exhibits.
Cologne, a 2,000-year-old city spanning the Rhine River in western Germany, is the region’s cultural hub. After the unscrupulous banker Herrmann Wagner has taken over the powerful multinational software company Scynetech by means of blackmail and murder, he considers his wildest dreams having come true. He immediately starts to develop V.M.E. 3000, the ultimate program for controlling the Internet. As soon as the program works he will have control over virtually every computer in the world. Martin Talmann, his former bodyguard who has changed sides is the only one who can get in the way of Wagner's megalomaniac plans. Together with the smart and enchanting Karen Benedikt, who has become aware of the potential threat consisting in V.M.E. 3000, and a small group of bold fighters he invades the software factory. There, a merciless showdown takes place.
