Alex Pollack slips into the role of an undercover investigator in order to break up drug lord Ramirov's cleverly disguised dealership ring. The German police officer based in Amsterdam is hired by the shipping company owner Heesters, who smuggles large quantities of cocaine with his fish deliveries. Pollack and Inspector de Groot plot to blow up the entire gang when they hand over a multi-million dollar drug shipment. However, when the gangsters discover the dead body of an Indonesian sailor among the frozen fish, they change their plan at the last second and let the raid come to nothing. By failing, Pollack and de Groot realize there is much more at stake than drugs. One witness, the submerged seaman Joyo, has a cell phone video showing the murder of an SNF inspector on the high seas. In addition to the investigators, an activist group is also interested in Joyo's inside information. With their commitment, Ocean Leaks boss Dick and his colleague Elise are also putting themselves in danger, because Heesters and Ramirov have no scruples. Now Pollack not only has to solve the case, but also protect the activists.
