Dr. John Bagnato and Charles Rehberg exposed shocking and unethical practices towards uninsured patients at their local non-profit hospital in Albany, GA. Their discoveries led to class action lawsuits against 37 health care systems nationally - all led by Dick Scruggs, the attorney who fought Big Tobacco.
