President Ronald Reagan, seeking to find a new spokesperson for the 1988 Presidential campaign, frees Regis Stanely from prison to resurrect Elvis Presley from the dead. With the help of Bela Lugosi, Stanely and the revived "King of Rock 'n' Roll" proceed on a rampage, resulting in a series of baseball-bat murders.
