Pachuca is a city in central Mexico. The Monumental Clock is a neoclassical tower in the main square, Plaza Independencia. Set in the Ex-Convento de San Francisco, the Cuartel del Arte cultural center is home to a baroque church, art gallery and the Fototeca Nacional photo library.
