Plot summary
Felix plots to steal some goldfish by hiding in a basket in a Chinese laundry, but the laundrymen discover him and chase him. He tunnels through the the ground to try to escape and winds up digging all the way to China, where he steals a basket of food and then tries to escape by using a skyrocket.
