Canoga Park is a neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley region of the City of Los Angeles, California. Before the Mexican–American War, the district was part of a rancho, and after the American victory it was converted into wheat farms and then subdivided, with part of it named Owensmouth as a town founded in 1912.

Chico is a city in northern California. It's home to massive Bidwell Park, with woodland trails, a golf course and an observatory. Bidwell Mansion State Historic Park is the former home of local pioneers John and Annie Bidwell. Nearby, the kids-oriented Gateway Science Museum offers hands-on exhibits and an Ice Age skeletons display. The National Yo-Yo Museum has toy memorabilia, including a gigantic wooden yo-yo.

North Hollywood, in the San Fernando Valley, is an eclectic neighborhood with modest residential blocks and the humming NoHo Arts District. The historic El Portal Theatre and many up-and-coming playhouses share the scene with art galleries, sound studios and the Academy of TV Arts and Sciences. The subway-accessible area also features retro-inspired cocktail lounges, craft beer bars, vintage shops and casual cafes.

Los Angeles is a sprawling Southern California city and the center of the nation’s film and television industry. Near its iconic Hollywood sign, studios such as Paramount Pictures, Universal and Warner Brothers offer behind-the-scenes tours. On Hollywood Boulevard, TCL Chinese Theatre displays celebrities’ hand- and footprints, the Walk of Fame honors thousands of luminaries and vendors sell maps to stars’ homes.
