Plot summary

The professional activities of Bryan Burgin are presented, he who works as a game warden, or what is called a game protector in the state where he lives, New York. Protector may be a more apt title as his job is largely to protect game, especially as more and more people are going into the wild parks for recreation, such as fishing and hunting. People who hunt, fish, or use the parks system in general have to abide by the regulations and laws to protect wildlife. That job of protection is not only from humans but also from animals, such as beavers, that can wreak havoc in the parks system. Some of those items harming game are unintentional, such as industrial runoff, but harmful nonetheless and must be dealt with. Warden Burgin also teaches guns safety to ensure human safety in human recreation in parks.
