Plot summary

When a police officer gets killed in his rural home town, inspector Stefan Bregert, department internal affairs, is being transfered for an undercover investigation. Some people remember him from earlier days, but he does not seem to be very welcome. The police officer was shot when investigating a camp for foreigners seeking asylum. Many Russians are living there. Bregert soon finds out that the Russian mafia seems to be involved in the case.
