Plot summary
Continuation of the film Hantu Jerangkung, Mak Hitam (Habsah Buang) comes back to life as a grave ghost and creates chaos in the village if Musa (Aziz Jaafar) does not obey her wishes. When Tok Penghulu (S. Kadarisman) and the villagers are no longer powerless to fight Mak Hitam's tribe, they ask for help from Tok Pawang (Malek Sutan Muda) who really knows about the origins of Mak Hitam.
