Plot summary

Scott Bakula plays John Burke, a man on death row for the murder of a teenaged girl. As the father of a 13 year-old, he worries what will happen to his daughter after his execution. Richard Thomas and Amy Madigan play the parents of the murdered girl. Madigan is part of an activist group campaigning for the execution of Burke. Then Thomas discovers that he has a bond with his daughter's killer - Burke's own child.
