Mumbai city is become a drug den and it's drastically expanding,commissioner Khurana decides to hand the case to CBI.Avinash a Delhi based CBI officer is transferred to Mumbai and gets in loggerheads with Kama the man behind all activities his first attempt to arrest Kama's right hand Girdhar fails and he is ashamed in police force.Avinash then decides to join hands his senior officer Ram Singh whose currently suspended and turned alcoholic he was an honest officer framed falsely by Kama.Ram Singh lost his family when he was framed by Kama but now finds a brother in Avinash and decides to join back his duty and together put an end to Kama's crime world.
