Kodumkattu Filming Locations

The family of R.C. Sekharan Thampi, IG of Police (Ummer), was attacked and the lone survivor is his granddaughter. Sudheendran (Prem Nazir), Balachandran (Madhu), and Jayadevan (Jose Prakash) are the officers assigned to catch Bullet Raghavan who is the mastermind behind the killings. Rajan (Shankar) who is the son of Sudheendran is in love with his uncle Balachandran's daughter Sreekala. Raghavan tries to lure Balachandran into working for him, but when his plan fails he approaches Jayadevan. Jayadevan had grudges against Balachandran and found this as the perfect opportunity to get back at him. When Sekharan's assistant catches Jayadevan with Raghavan, they kill him and frame Balachandran. Balan is arrested and since Sudheendran and Sekharan consider the dead assistant's daughter as their own, it is decided that Rajan will marry her. Meanwhile, Raghavan wants his aide Musthafa (Mammootty) back and he wants Jayadevan to help him. He breaks free and as per his orders kidnaps Rajan and Sreekala who marry secretly. In return, Raghavan tells him that it was Jayadevan who killed his wife. Musthafa is filled with rage and walks out to kill Jayadevan. He gets back in time to rescue Sreekala from Raghavan who tries to take advantage of her. Balachandran swears that he won't return home without finding the newlyweds. Will he succeed in rescuing them and clearing his name? Will Musthafa be able to avenge his wife's death? Will Raghavan be brought to justice?
