Teenage romance before it is consummated in the sexual act. Six youngsters spend their last summer together in rural northeastern Japan before heading off in different directions. The focus rests on a pair who don't quite know they're a pair. Taro is sidelined with a broken leg, but that just gives pretty Yoko - staying just a window away - plenty of chances to tease him into good health and open his eyes to the possibilities of grown-up pleasures.
