Hamina is a town and a municipality of Finland. It is located approximately 145 km east of the country's capital Helsinki, in the Kymenlaakso region, and formerly the province of Southern Finland. Hanko is a town in Finland, located in the southern coast of the country. Hanko is situated in the western part of the Uusimaa region. The population of Hanko is approximately 8,000, while the sub-region has a population of approximately 40,000. It is the 121st most populous municipality in Finland.

Helsinki, Finland’s southern capital, sits on a peninsula in the Gulf of Finland. The Vapriikki Museum Center houses several museums, including the Natural History Museum and an exhibition about the 1918 civil war. Tampere Cathedral is known for its macabre frescoes. Kaleva Church, with its striking concrete architecture, is designed to look like a fish from above.
