On February 6, 1934, in Paris, demonstrations against the government in power degenerated in the evening. The toll was tragic: nearly 20 dead and more than 1,500 wounded. For the first time in the history of the French Republic, the street brought down the government, which resigned the next day. Entirely composed of archive footage, some of which has never been seen before, the film tells the story of the infernal spiral of popular discontent against the backdrop of economic crisis and mistrust of the political class, which led to one of the most serious political crises of the Third Republic.
