Northeast of the city center, Dubrava is a mixed residential and commercial district centered on bustling Dubrava Avenue, which is lined with shops, international and fast-food eateries, and bars. To the north is popular Supernova Garden Mall, while the south houses the Children's Theater Dubrava. Tranquil tree-lined residential side streets have single-family homes and apartment blocks.
