Khadija, a woman born in Amsterdam to Riffian parents, has not returned to Beni Chikar for 20 years. A small village near Melilla of which they are native and where they used to go every summers. Personal circumstances prevented her from returning there all the time. After this long absence, she returned to the village to reconcile with her past and her origins, but especially to learn more about her idol, her paternal grandmother, Mamma Allal. A strong and courageous woman that all the men of the village feared and who remains a living legend to this day.
