After a lawsuit with his brother over the inheritance of the family farmhouse, Luc finally decides to leave Paris and his job as an engineer, to live out his childhood dream of becoming a snail farmer. His partner Carole, a yoga teacher in her spare time, welcomes this change with enthusiasm. And so they left the city for the countryside. The couple moved into Luc's part of the farmhouse, barely bothering with the adjoining part inherited from his brother. But happiness is fragile.
