Plot summary

When Mette was 14 years old she died. She floated through a tunnel of lights and colours, and met her already deceased grandfather, who took her by the hand. But her death was short. For Mette returned and recovered, and now she is an adult woman. But she still thinks about her near-death experience every day. She wants to reconstruct it in virtual reality so she can share it with her family and friends to rid herself of the loneliness she feels as the world around her has always struggled to understand the event that changed her outlook on both life and death. Along the way, she meets others who have had near-death experiences and discovers a space where she is finally understood.
