Teo, a country bumpkin from a village in Vietnam, goes to Saigon to make a bigger life for himself. He discovers that he bears an uncanny resemblance to the famous Saigon gangster Long Ruoi and begins to hustle the city by putting on an impersonation. But when Long Ruoi's henchmen catch him in the act, he becomes entwined in their nefarious schemes and must choose between playing along and following his heart.
