Plot summary

Don Carlos, a wealthy tycoon of the industry, suffers from a serious heart injury that means that he has three months to live. From that moment on, the banks deny him credit and his closest associates start a race to take over all his companies. César, his secretary, tells him about a German doctor dedicated to making heart transplants that could help him. Don Carlos spends much of his fortune organizing everything, and after his operation he discovers that César has taken advantage of his convalescence to seize his daughter's heart and 80% of the business assets.
