Mara moves into an old building trying to escape the memory of her mother's recent suicide. As he tries to adjust to the new apartment, he begins to see strange things: a ghostly presence seems to haunt the corners of the apartment. After a failed housewarming party interrupted by the cranky downstairs neighbor, Mara meets the creepy manager.
