Plot summary

Andalusia, Spain, 1808: during the Napoleonic invasions Ventura young farmer is forced to kill shot a French officer to save the life of his father. Forced by circumstances, he will leave the village and not return until several years later, after regaining the throne King Ferdinand VII. But evil life led Ventura astray and he is no longer the same. His friend Pedro is married and has a young son, but Ventura attempt to seduce the wife of his friend. That's why Pedro and Ventura will face a fatal outcome.
