Daniele Baroni was a young entrepreneur, a man like many others beforehis arrest. Inspired by one of the most serius miskates of the italian judicial system since the end of World War Two, the story of an ordinary man and of his fight against the judicial system to prove himself not guilty. Daniele is not a surrenderer. For many years he keeps asserting his innocence, refusing to come to terms with his persecutors.
