Kylerhea is a village on the east coast of the Isle of Skye, in the Scottish Highlands, overlooking Kyle Rhea, a strait splitting Skye from the Scottish mainland. The village is named after Rhea, a Celtic mythological hero. A ferry service has linked Kylerhea with Glenelg on the mainland for centuries.

Fort William is a town in the western Scottish Highlands, on the shores of Loch Linnhe. It’s known as a gateway to Ben Nevis, the U.K.’s highest peak, and Glen Nevis valley, home to Steall Falls. The nearby Nevis Range Mountain Resort has ski runs and forest trails. In the town centre, the West Highland Museum focused on regional life and history. To the northeast, Ben Nevis Distillery explores whisky production.

Chinatown is a festive destination for dining and shopping. Pagoda-style buildings with red lanterns house traditional Chinese restaurants, dim sum houses and bakeries, plus specialty grocery stores and gift shops. There’s also the Taoist Thien Hau Temple, small art galleries and dark bars. Foodies head to creative Asian-fusion eateries and the landmark Philippe the Original, lauded for its French dip sandwich.

Glenelg is a scattered community area and civil parish in the Lochalsh area of Highland in western Scotland. Despite the local government reorganisation the area is considered by many still to be in Inverness-shire, the boundary with Ross-shire being at the top of Mam Ratagan the single-track road entry into Glenelg.

Berkhamsted is a historic market town in Hertfordshire, England, in the Bulbourne valley, 26 miles north-west of London. The town is a civil parish with a town council within the borough of Dacorum which is based in the neighbouring large new town of Hemel Hempstead.

Edlesborough is a village and civil parish in the Aylesbury Vale district of Buckinghamshire, England. Edlesborough is also next to the village of Eaton Bray just over the county boundary in Bedfordshire, about 3 miles west-south-west of Dunstable.

Bordering leafy Hyde Park, Mayfair is an upscale district of elegant Georgian townhouses, exclusive hotels, and gourmet restaurants. Its world-famous retailers include bespoke tailors on Savile Row and designer fashions on Bond Street. Shoppers also head to high-end Burlington Arcade and Shepherd Market, a cluster of independent boutiques and traditional pubs. Cool modern art galleries line Cork Street.

The Meatpacking District is a hip commercial area on the far west side. It's home to the Whitney Museum of American Art, high-end designer clothing stores and a stretch of the High Line, an elevated park built atop former railroad tracks. At ground level, the cobblestone streets are filled with trendy restaurants and clubs that have taken over the cavernous spaces once occupied by the namesake meatpacking plants.
