Carlos, a young "playboy" living on the Costa del Sol, has a servant named Germán who has made him believe that he has a degenerative disease from having so many sexual relations, and that if he does it again he will die. But Carlos does not want to lose his reputation as a playboy, so Germán, his "faithful" butler, does him the great favor of replacing him in bed while Carlos convinces all his conquests that he prefers to make love with the light off. But Germán's plan is in jeopardy when Carlos meets a young woman and wants to marry her.
