Plot summary
The plot revolves around "Cupid 7", a matchmaker. For a modest fee he works to arrange marriages between single farmers from the Cuneo area and young women from the south. The mafia fits in on this north-south axis, requiring Cupid to find, in a short time, seven husbands for as many girls from over there who consider themselves dishonored because of a male photograph passed from hand to hand.
