Bielany Wrocławskie is a village in the administrative district of Council Gmina Kobierzyce, within Wrocław County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany for a brief time, although in more than a millennium-long history of Poland it was Polish for the most of the time.

Jacek, the postal officer, devotes himself to his passion - fishing at every free moment. When one day he is fishing by the river, a motocross competition is taking place nearby. A strange coincidence makes him get on a motorcycle and win the competition. He becomes a pro-biker with a motor club, and Jacek also wins the heart of his beloved girl.
