Mechanic Rudla (Jaromír Hanzlík), shipman Vrána (Josef Vetrovec) and steersmen Vanis (Eduard Cupák) plan to take flight as soon as the boat arrives on shore, but the Germans keep detaining other men to add to the crew for unloading the dangerous cargo.
