Based on the show 'Nuda' by Daniele Finzi Pasca, this audiovisual project combines the stage with the universe of cinema by mixing music, acrobatic gestures, images and storytelling. Everything takes place during a dress rehearsal. We are inside the LAC theatre in Lugano. We see the director and actors during the final preparations. We are immediately immersed in the company's world, with all its dreamlike and poetic power. Daniele Finzi Pasca's voice-over narrates the creative process and the strong inspiration drawn from his childhood. 'Nuda' is the story of twins, one born holy and the other apparently normal. Growing up together in an eccentric family, yet so similar to everyone else's, the two sisters touch each other, brush against each other, sometimes step on each other and then rediscover each other in an embrace full of joy and newfound freedom. Their relationship expresses many of our human feelings, becoming a kind of allegory of life. A hybrid work between documentary, theatre and fiction, alternating performance, backstage and poetic suspensions conceived specifically for the film.
