Set in the fiction town PUSTAK, an integral part of Bundelkhand, Madhya Pradesh, a place having its rich cultural heritage ranging from marvelous monuments of Afghani architecture to its breathtaking scenic beauty, this series follows an intertwined tale of four friends - Shiv, Rishi, Pushkar and Azhar, influenced by its politics and mafia which form an important constituent of Pustak's underbelly; and their choices in regards to carve a way in this landscape backed by a strong influence of a woman trying to help a small child achieve a better way of living while uncovering a deep dark secret of an authoritative demagogue rupturing his family's reputation; risking their own lives in the process.
