Reminiscence Filming Locations

It is a short film about realisation. The story begins with Serein, who once lived a perfect life with her husband, Helios, and now, as a widowed mother of their teenage daughter, Camellia. She is living her life in misery, wholly relying on the bracelet, which was the only gift from Helios that chains all the memories they experienced before the sudden tragedy to support her. One day, the bracelet fell from Serein's wrist and dropped on the floor, breaking in half. The clasp is like a switch, once it is broken, all the memories it carried vanished from Serein's head. Since then, she became indifferent and cold to her surroundings, especially her daughter. Camellia realised the reason for Serein's sudden change in behaviour when she saw her mother's hesitation after receiving a leaflet about a jewellery repair studio. She then decided to pay the jewellery repairer a visit, hoping she could fix the bracelet, which will then restore their mother-daughter relationship. However, the condition of the bracelet was far beyond the repairer's hands, so Camellia knew that fixing it herself will be the only solution. Even though she is nowhere near a professional jewellery repairer, she managed to mend the broken bracelet with colourful threads, which symbolises her positivity. Keeping it a surprise, she returned the bracelet to its original spot while Serein is asleep. The next morning, Serein woke up and saw the now-fixed bracelet, shocked and surprised, she picked it up and all the beautiful memories with Helios and Camellia were restored. She realised that valued memories are felt from the bottom of her heart and they cannot be depreciated by time or any objects.
