Plot summary

Cougar is a sought-after gangster and a passionate racing driver in Germany. In Lüdenscheid he messes with the mechanic Jay. During the manhunt for Cougar, who ran over a police officer in an illegal car race, whereupon Jay is the eyewitness and Cougar escapes.
